H.E. Dr. Thong Khon, Senior Minister and President of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), has attended the 44th Olympic Council Asia (OCA) General Assembly.

The event took place in New Delhi, India, on Sept. 8 with the participation of 45 OCA member countries.

The meeting elected Mr. Raja Randhir Singh as the new OCA President and Dr. Gordon Tan, Vice President of NOCC, as Vice President of OCA for 2014-2018.

Mr. Timorthy Fork (Hong Kong, China), Mr. Norza Zakaria (Malaysia), Prince Jigyel Wangchuk (Butan), Mr. Thani Al Kuwari (Qatar), and Mr. Otabek Umarov (Uzbekistan) were elected Vice Presidents of East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, West Asia, and Central Asia regions, respectively.

Besides, Ms. Mikako Kotani (Japan), Ms. Suparthir Mamahito (Thailand), Ms. Ogla (Kazakhstan), and Ms. Noura Aljasmi (UAE) were elected as executive members of East Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and West Asia regions, respectively.
