Cambodia, Philippines Vow to Promote Labour Collaboration

Cambodia and the Philippines have vowed to further promote their cooperation on labour and vocational training.

The commitment was made in a meeting between H.E. Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, and H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo, Ambassador of the Philippines to Cambodia, in Phnom Penh on Sept. 11.

H.E. Heng Sour spoke highly of the intimate relations and good cooperation between the two countries in labour and vocational training, especially through the provision of training and developing the work force in markets.

The ministry, he added, stands ready to further promote the cooperation for the benefits of the two countries and peoples.

H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo also thanked the ministry for its good facilitation for the Filipinos who are working and staying in Cambodia.
