‘Dune: Part Two’ surpasses 1 mln admissions in S. Korea

The Hollywood blockbuster “Dune: Part Two” has exceeded 1 million admissions in South Korea, Warner Bros. Korea said Friday.

Released Feb. 28, the movie achieved the milestone 10 days earlier than its predecessor, “Dune” (2021).

“Dune: Part Two” continues the epic sci-fi saga, delving deeper into the story of Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet) as he discovers his true potential and sets out on a quest for vengeance.

The main actors, Chalamet and Zendaya, visited the country last month to promote the film.
