KUALA LUMPUR,, The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded higher this morning.
At 9.56 am, the spot month July 2024 contract added 1.0 point to 1,615.5, August 2024 inched up half-a-point to 1,617.5, September 2024 rose 1.5 points to 1,601.5, and December 2024 increased 3.0 points to 1,610.0.
Turnover amounted to 3,154 lots while open interest stood at 56,414 contracts.
At 10.07 am, the FBM KLCI inched up 0.55 of-a-point to 1,612.49 from yesterday’s close of 1,611.94.
