According to Agence Kampuchea Presse, the King emphasised that Mother's Day serves as a reminder of the immeasurable and priceless sacrifices made by mothers, who devote their physical and emotional strength to raising and nurturing their children selflessly, without complaint. Mothers embody loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity in caring for their children, he wrote. He advised his subjects to honor and repay the kindness of their mothers, recognising their unwavering love and indescribable devotion.
