KOTA BHARU, Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud said no state leaders, particularly state executive councillors, have been convicted of corruption. He said the 'Developing with Islam' policy, based on the elements of faith, worship, and morality, had successfully shaped integrity and guided leadership at all levels to reject corruption in government administration.
